About us
Yoga's home in the Pilbara
Originally "The Space" and then "Karma Life Yoga," this little yoga studio has provided a dedicated home for yoga in the Pilbara for over 7 years, allowing the benefits of yoga to be shared in the Karratha community and surrounds.

We are lucky to have a wonderfully diverse and dedicated group of teachers, each with their own unique styles and class preferences, so there is bound to be one that resonates with you.

I'm a mum of two young children and love witnessing their wonder of the world. I am an ESL teacher and I loved travelling in my life before kids. I really look forward to taking them to new places and showing them new perspectives and different ways of living as they grow.
My love for yoga started in a hot yoga studio, and a strong, sweaty vinyasa practice was my go to until I had children. I completed my yoga teacher training while travelling, and when I became pregnant for the second time, I completed my pre and post-natal yoga training. Now I really resonate with a slow, mindful flow, and my body loves a restorative practice more than anything!
I would like to consciously continue to slow down in all areas of my life, and appreciate all the small things in the way my kids do.

I am a mum to two fur babies, three legged cats, that keep me entertained and in awe. I was previously a vet nurse however I have decided to pursue yoga full heartedly this year.
My yoga journey started when I was about 17 in a Hot Yoga studio where I become hooked. Over the years I noticed the change in my ability to handle stress, grief, every emotion under the sun, and decided I needed to share the magic and become a yoga teacher.
My style of teaching is a slower often grounding style of vinyasa and I have a love affair with the ancient language of Yoga, Sanskrit, that I enjoy bringing to each class, and I hope you do too.

I hope to see you on the mat soon!

My own personal practice has developed over the past 10 years on and off complementing my history of competitive swimming and strength training. I have also worked as a personal trainer over the years while studying.
I have been living in Karratha for the past 4 and a bit years and I am working in the social services right across the Pilbara. Over this time I have found that my love for yoga has just kept growing.
I completed my yoga teacher training a couple of years ago and have been loving every moment of sharing my practice with others. I teach mostly vinyasa yoga with strong flows that will be sure to build strength and flexibility over time and leave you feeling absolutely blissful. I also teach yin yoga, slow mindful movement, and I am currently gaining my pre and post natal qualification. After having my baby a year ago, being able to practice yoga before, during and after pregnancy really helped me recover and find space for myself in an incredible time of change. My practice is constantly developing and I hope to be able to share my love for yoga with you on your journey, wherever that takes us.

I have three children and spending time in nature with them is my favourite thing.

I’m an early childhood teacher, personal trainer, and pre and post natal trainer, and I fell in love with yoga through Les Mills body balance which led me to begin a life long learning of yoga.

I love being creative and bringing all of my loves together, and I try to incorporate playfulness in all that I do. I hope to teach yoga to children in schools one day as part of their curriculum.
Carving out space to expand my capacity for presence is always the goal for me. I hope to share this within each of my classes, with both adults and children!
